All orders shipped to addresses in the United States are sent by UPS and USPS and should be received within five to seven business days. All orders shipped to Canada are sent by “UPS Standard” and should be received within five to seven business days.
You may order products from the VisualsSpeak website with MasterCard, Visa, or American Express using VisualsSpeak’s secure online ordering system. Only credit cards are accepted for online orders.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
If you are ordering from outside of the United States or Canada, please contact us for shipping options and rates.
All international orders will be sent via UPS or another carrier with the ability to trace orders. International orders will not be sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) including to Canada.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
If you are ordering from Canada, please choose ” UPS Standard (Canada) ” for a shipping method
International Shipments: Customs Fees, etc.
All orders to Canada and other International destinations may be subject to customs fees. VisualsSpeak is not responsible for payment of any additional fees including but not limited to: customs fees, duty & import fees, import taxes of any kind or any other fee imposed by any government or legislative body.

UPS Shipping
When choosing to ship by UPS, please use a street address when entering the shipping location. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
When will my order be shipped?
We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours of the time they are placed (Monday through Friday). If for any reason your shipment will be delayed, we will contact you by email.
Can I Pick-up my order?
Yes. If you would like to pick up your order, you can place your order on-line (select “Local Pickup” in the “Ship By” menu) or call us at 503-523-1514. If you choose to order online with the pickup option, please contact us to make arrangements to pick up your order.
Is my on-line order secure?
Yes it is safe to order on-line at the VisualsSpeak website. VisualsSpeak is a verified Authorize.Net merchant and has a Comodo security certificate. When ordering from VisualsSpeak, please click on the security seals located on our “Buy Products” page if you have any concerns about the safety of your transaction.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any VisualsSpeak product, you may return the unused product within forty-five days of purchase for a complete refund. No hassles. Sorry we do not refund shipping costs. Before returning merchandise, contact us for return authorization.
