Why do this exercise?
Perhaps you have been ‘subjected’ to ice breakers that have left people feeling uncomfortable or thinking their time has been wasted. Our icebreakers are designed to get people connected and participating in a fun and engaging way. Inserting well-chosen images into a conversation has a way of helping people make connections to those around them and their ideas that might not be made otherwise.
By doing this exercise, we hope you’ll have a clearer understanding of how VisualsSpeak tools can help you connect the people you work with in a fun and productive way.
The Process
In the online icebreaker sample, there are just four steps:
- Choose a question.
- Choose an image in response to the question.
- Write a few sentences about your response. (Note: The comments you leave are completely anonymous.)
- Review your comments alongside those of others.
