Looking for a seasoned professional who can get people thinking in new ways?
Most of our services are provided by our founder Christine Martell. She can also draw on a network of colleagues and customers on an as-needed basis to insure you get the results you need.
Christine has years of experience in speaking, facilitating, training and coaching. Because no two clients’ needs are the same, each engagement is specifically designed with your outcome in mind. Christine’s specialty is in using visual tools to deepen communication, increase engagement and unlock the wisdom in the room. She has a virtual arsenal of other tools and techniques that are used as required.
Are you doing a big event or important retreat? Christine can provide customized facilitation to make it memorable and actionable. This might be an intimate executive retreat, or a large conference session. Either way, you will not get standardized content or speeches. The program will be designed to drive the audience to your desired outcome.
Are you looking to integrate more visuals into how you do things on a daily basis? Perhaps you have a really important engagement and you want to make sure it’s right. Christine can find opportunities to integrate visual tools into your processes, then support you and your team as the changes occur. She can also help you with the details such as dialing in the best prompt and providing input into your design.
Do you want to learn more about how to use visual tools and unlock a whole other level of insight and conversation? Christine designs training to show you how to use them for your purpose. Whether you are doing sales, team building, organizational development, strategic visioning, counseling or coaching.
