Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy
With 21 Days or More Notice
If you notify us anytime 21 Days prior to your training program, you can:
- Apply tuition to another course of the same price (Good for 1 year) or
- Receive a full refund without penalties
With Less Than 21 Days Notice
If you notify with less than 21 Days notice you can:
- Find another person to attend in your place with no penalty or
- Apply cost to another course within one year (A $50 transaction fee will be charged)

Intellectual Property Rights
All of the content, tools, materials and techniques taught in our training programs are the exclusive intellectual property* of VisualsSpeak LLC. You may not copy or disseminate any of these materials in any form without our express written permission.
*(Exception: Any materials used that have not been developed by VisualsSpeak LLC will be clearly attributed to the copyright holder)
Attendance is Not Certification
By attending one or more training programs it is neither stated nor implied by VisualsSpeak LLC that an attendee is certified to train others in the VisualsSpeak Process or that he/she is a certified VisualsSpeak facilitator. Attendees may not state or imply that they are certified VisualsSpeak trainers or facilitators.
Tax Deductibility
VisualsSpeak training programs may be tax deductible as a professional development expense. Please contact your tax professional for clarification.

Registration fees and schedules are subject to change without notice.
Our Training Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the training program you attended, VisualsSpeak LLC will:
- Credit you for another course of the same price or
